SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for organizing monitoring and control over a stochastic system with an unbiased asymmetric target density of the output parameter distribution and can be used in monitoring and control systems of various dynamic systems with chaotic properties. Based on the registration of the state of the object and the formation of the values of the sample parameter, the coordinates of the entropy-parametric space of shape features for the asymmetric unbiased density of the output parameter distribution are determined. To ensure the uniformity of optimal control at various points of the entropy-parametric space, the formation of the space of the optimal state of the system is carried out. The unification of data near various optimal states of the system when choosing the model form is achieved by setting the boundary of the control zone, determining the normalized position coordinates for the distribution of the output parameter in the space of signs of the optimal state of the system, determining the criterion for the state of the system and determining the coordinates of the position of possible models in the space of signs of the optimal state. Minimization of the mismatch of the entropy-parametric potential of the asymmetric distribution of the output parameter of the stochastic system relative to the optimal state is provided by means of a targeted correction of the distribution law and the formation of a control action to correct the connections of the stochastic system, which provides control of the scale of the distribution model of the system. Continuous recording of the parameters of the output parameter distribution preserves the possibility of restoring the state of the system during analysis. Visualization of processes is achieved by mapping the state of a stochastic system in the entropy-parametric space of features of the output parameter.

EFFECT: increase in the stability of the functioning of a stochastic system by monitoring and controlling the shape and scale parameters of an unbiased asymmetric distribution density of the output parameter.
