The monoclonal antibody or its binding fragment specifically binds to a polypeptide sequence from amino acid residues 27-164 SEQ ID NO: 2, wherein introducing the monoclonal antibody or its binding fragment ensures relieving the inflammation of the neuronal tissue.
EFFECT: declared method enables relieving such neuropathy associated symptoms of the inflammation, as pain, prickly feeling, higher sensitivity, and tickling.
