FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: headlight device for vehicles is fitted with a headlight casing which fastens the light-emitting fragment with the lamp comprising a bulb. The headlight casing contains a shock-absorbing fragment which protrudes from the back wall of the headlight casing to the back part of the vehicle and the longitudinal section of which has U-shaped form which opens towards the front part of the vehicle. The shock-absorbing fragment contains the headlight clamp which protrudes from the back wall of the shock-absorbing fragment towards back part of the vehicle and which has the front end attached to the vehicle body.
EFFECT: efficient amortisation of impact force applied to a pedestrian and at collision, while providing considerable rigidity of the assembly fragment by means of simple design at smaller expenses.
