This charge comprises spherical powder made of NC with content of nitrogen of 212.5-214.5 ml NO/g, 10-30 wt % of recoverable wastes of previous operations that feature bulk density of 0.65-0.75 kg/dm³ graphitised from the surface of 0.1-0.3 wt % of graphite with moisture content of 0.3-0.9 wt % and ethyl acetate of 0.2-1.0 wt % that the following ratio of components, wt %: 0.2…0.4 mm - at least, 92, under 0.2 mm and over 0.4 mm - not over 8.
