FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: grinder contains vortex grinding chamber (3) with solid bottom and membrane cover (10), rotating chamber (2), and device for carrying medium whirl and initial particles acceleration. The side surface of the grinding chamber is made with wearproof inserts (4) in form of rectangular trapezoids with output side at angle 90° relatively to its base. The rotating chamber is coaxially located above the grinding chamber, from bottom it is limited by cover (10) and is adjacent to the grinding chamber by the side surface with product inlet branch (11) at periphery and by top cover. Inlet pipe (1) passes along the centre through the top cover with abutment, and by bottom end is inserted in the rotating chamber. The grinder has two rotors. The first internal rotor (6) comprises two disks with blades having permanent section between them, is whirls the carrying medium, created pressure and ensure pre-grinding. In the top disk of the internal rotor a window is made for the raw material delivery. The second external rotor (5) comprises the bottom solid and top with window disks with blades between them. The external rotor ensures the material passage through it with the carrying medium, provides larger acceleration to the carrying medium and material, uniformly distributes it in the grinding chamber, and creates in the chamber vortex with high intensity.

EFFECT: raised efficiency of grinding.
