FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: rotor-vortex mill contains a grinding chamber (1) with working bodies. The grinding chamber is connected to unit (2) for feeding basic material and to the separator chamber on the input side. The grinding chamber is connected to the unloading chamber (7) of the unseparated material on the output side. The unloading chamber of the unseparated material is connected to the separator chamber by a flue gas tract (8). The separator chamber consists of a cyclone separator (4) and a separator (5) and is provided with an engine and a branch pipe (9) for discharging the crushed material. The unit for feeding the basic material is provided with a dispenser (11) for adding additives. The separator chamber is made aerodynamic with the possibility of a two-stage separation of the material crushed in the grinding chamber. The working body of the rotor-vortex mill is at least a two-stage stucture. One of the stages is intended primarily for grinding the basic material. The other stage is intended primarily to put the grinded particles into a round shape. The stages of the structure are located one below the other and are formed by a stator (17, 19) and a rotor (18, 20) positioned on the axis. The rotor is designed with an internal cavity (22, 23) and is provided with an input for supplying material and guiding output channels-nozzles. The rotor input for the grinded material of the second and each subsequent stage is located under an appropriate output from the chamber of the previous stage. The chamber is formed by the inner surface of the stator and the outer surface of the rotor. The rotor is configured to form a stream of particles directed to the nozzles. The stator working surface of the material grinding stage is formed by rounded recesses. The rotor nozzles and the stator recesses are arranged with the possibility for collision of the particle streams emerging from the nozzles with the particle streams pre-formed in the stator recesses. The working surface of the stator of the other stage is configured to put the grinded particles into a round shape.
EFFECT: combining grinding and putting the grinded particles into a round shape and increasing the efficiency of grinding.
