FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: means refers to oculistics in particular . It can be used for precaution and healing of myopia. There held the course of exercises with the red glow simultaneously affecting two eyes for 2-3 minutes with the impulse length 2-8 sec. and shifting period 1 sec. Then the cycle of optical reflective exercises of 6-24 sec is applied. Between the cycles both eyes are affected by one impulse of green glow during 2-8 sec. The session ends with the affection on both eyes with the impulse of blue glow for 2-3 minutes of 2-8 sec length and shifting period 1 sec.
EFFECT: means allows to improve the functional state of the vision system, qualitatively improve the state of the ciliary muscle and prevent myopia progression.
