SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be applied for prevention and treatment of shortsightedness of weak and medium degree, accommodation spasms in children, teenagers and people engaged in precision kinds of work. Exposure to pulse low-frequency electromagnetic field of non-thermal intensity is performed by means of apparatus "ИНФИТА" in mode 1 minute of exposure - 3 minutes pause 3 times running and electrophoresis of 2.4% euphylline solution on collar zone First procedure is carried out with duration 6 minutes with current 6 mA, after this after one procedure current is increased on 2 mA, duration of exposure on 2 minutes and current is increased to 16 mA, and duration of exposure to 16 minutes, course consists of 10 daily procedures. Also carried out are optical-reflectors trainings of ciliary muscle on opthalmomyotrainer "Visotronik" with course of 10 sessions with 15 minutes duration.

EFFECT: method ensures stable reflex relaxation of ciliary muscle, increase eye muscle training and visual work capacity, improvement of general and neurohemogynamics, microcirculation and electrophysiological characteristics, acceleration of recovery processes, long process stabilisation
