FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining stable ultradisperse water lyosoles of turpentine oil with given dispersion parameters is that turpentine oil is dispersed in two stages: at the first stage the mother dispersion is prepared using ultrasound dispersion of 1 ml of turpentine oil in 500 ml of distilled water; at the second stage the mother dispersion is filtered by punching under pressure of 0.2-0.3 MPa through the porous membrane of polyethersulfone to the basic dispersion medium which is previously bubbled with ionised gas. The group of inventions relates also to a device for implementing the said method, which is a stand consisting of three sections: an ionisation chamber, an ultrasound dispersion unit, and a filtration unit comprising a porous membrane of polyethersulfone.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to obtain the lyosol of turpentine oil resistant to coalescence and sedimentation, in water mediums with the specified parameters of dispersion without the use of stabilisers and emulsifiers.
