FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary medicine, namely to a method for the production of a turpentine adjuvant. The method for the production of the turpentine adjuvant includes mixing of gum turpentine with distilled water for injections, homogenization to nanoscale lyosol by treatment of the mixture with ultrasound, using an ultrasound disintegrator with a frequency of 26 kHz, amplitude of 80% during 2-5 minutes, exposure to electrical direct current with voltage of 120 V during 30 minutes, filtration, dripping to distilled water, and bubbling of lyosol with atmospheric air or nitrogen with an airflow speed of 1 l/min during 30 minutes to obtain an adjuvant of the following composition, wt.%: turpentine (gum turpentine) 0.03 wt.%, distilled water for injection up to 100 wt.%.
EFFECT: above-described method allows for obtaining a turpentine adjuvant stable during storage for 1 month at 20°C.
