SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a composition of samarium oxide and gadolinium oxide co-doped aluminoborosilicate glass with high radiation resistance for immobilisation and storage of radioactive wastes, the composition consisting of (mol%): SiO2 62-65, B2O3 16-17, Al2O3 4-5, Na2O 12-13, ZrO2 1,7-1,9 and samarium and gadolinium oxides in the following concentrations (mol%): Sm2O3 0.15 and Gd2O3 0.15.

EFFECT: high radiation resistance of aluminoborosilicate glass.
