FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: uniform mixing of raw materials and fuel is carried out before loading into a melting furnace. Melting of the mineral charge is realised by means of heated atmospheric air, pumped into a tubular recuperator and directed for burning into the furnace with its enrichment with oxygen. Smoke gases from the furnace are directed to additional heating into a chamber for after-burning to 650-700°C and then into the tubular recuperator, where heat-exchange with atmospheric air takes place. After output from the recuperator the smoke gases are directed into a chamber of mineral wool carpet polymerisation to supply in it a required temperature mode.
EFFECT: increase of fuel burning intensity with the extension of the melting zone with the economy of fuel for melting the initial raw material and polymerisation of the mineral wool carpet.
