FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: elastic bandage is applied on a finger in a distal-proximal direction 4 times a day for 10 minutes by avascularisation technique with a nail phalanx left open. The first occlusion is followed by a thermal-imaging assessment of a temperature gain in the distal portion by the 3rd minutes after unbandaging as compared to its value at the end of the ischemic period. The training procedures are performed during several days with increasing the occlusion time to 15 minutes and the rate up to 5 times a day. As soon as a difference of temperature gains on the measurement day and at the first bandaging of not less than 1.7°C, however no more than three days, the finger is transferred.
EFFECT: method enables providing the adequate prevention of ischemic complications accompanying a donor finger transfer in the environment of severe pathological changes of soft tissues and disturbed circulation, complete retention and recovered hand function.
