FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to plastic surgery, and can be used for the treatment of palmar fascial fibromatosis. Resection of the cicatricial degenerate area of the palmar aponeurosis is performed from the carpal ligament to the commissures. Next, the incision is made along the midline of the palmar surface of the nonfunctional fifth finger. In a sharp way, soft tissues are separated from the phalanges with the preservation of the neurovascular bundles in their composition. The phalanges of the fifth finger are exarticulated at the level of the metacarpophalangeal joint, and the formed skin-fascial flap on the feeding leg is placed on the wound defect and fixed with sutures.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the terms of treatment, to prevent possible complications associated with necrotic processes of tissue flaps transferred from other surfaces of the body, due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
