FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to reconstructive hand surgery. Filatov′s stem is formed on three pedicles. Method includes transplanting stem pedicles in area of radial border of hand, second finger defect and on rear hand in second intermetacarpal space. Stem is divided into three parts in area of bifurcation with preservation of attachment points of pedicles. For movement of second finger in first position dorsal and palmar pedicles with containing skin flap and neurovascular beams during their preservation. Second metacarpal bone osteotomy is performed at level of distal metadiaphysis. Second finger is moved on palmar and rear re-mobilised on polygonal bone or base of first metacarpal bone. Transplanted parts stem are used to form skin-fat grafts re-mobilised to create area of thumb, first web space and replacement of pre-existing and formed tissue defects on formed finger.

EFFECT: method reduces stages of operation and prevents ischemic complications.
