FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating graft having posterior branch of finger nerve, subcutaneous veins and a part of subdermal fat on distal end of the flap. When fixing the flap, finger nerve suture is made on the injured finger having posterior branch of flap finger nerve, finger artery suture with flap vein on one side and finger artery suture with distal end flap vein on the other side are produced making closed arterial arc. Nail bed is produced from subdermal fat. Feeding limb is removed at the tenth day after operation. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; prevented graft fibrosis. 4 dwg
