FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system and method for preparation of the specified amount of beverage suitable for consumption using an extractable product. The system contains a replaceable capsule and a device containing a receptacle intended for retaining such replaceable capsule in a contact interaction with the support surface as well as a device for dispensing fluid medium intended for supply of a certain amount of fluid medium under a pressure equal to at least 6 bar into the replaceable capsule; the replaceable capsule contains the first peripheral wall, the second wall covering the first peripheral wall at the first end and the third wall, flexible, sheet-shaped and perforated and/or porous, covering the first peripheral wall at the second open end that is opposite to the second wall. The first, second and third walls limit the inner space accommodating the product to be extracted with the third wall forming the most distant boundary of the capsule in its axial direction and containing either filtering paper or woven or unwoven filtering material; the support surface contains channelled grooves on the side turned towards the third wall for release of prepared beverage from the capsule through the grooves; additionally, the support surface contains projections positioned between the channelled grooves whereon the third wall rests in the process of usage. The third wall is equipped with multiple outlet holes for release of prepared beverage from the capsule during usage; the parameters of the third wall such as density, thickness, polyethylene content, presence of outlet holes, number of outlet holes, size and shape of outlet holes are selected so that to ensure that the third wall has at least either a sufficiently high tensile strength and a sufficiently low flow resistance so that the third wall remains integral during usage, without tearing, destruction and/or adhesion to the contact surface.
