SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a borehole pumping-out system for pumping out of fluid and to a pumping-out method. The device contains the pump with input and output, the pipeline with liquid interconnection with the named pump output. There is a drive assembly connected to a feeding cable, for example to a conducting rope. The drive assembly contains a power shaft for the pump driving. The pump is a reciprocating pump containing at least one pump unit with the first mobile element for the suction of the borehole fluid into the first chamber and displacement of the borehole fluid from the first chamber. The device also contains a compensator. It has a compensation chamber with a compensating mobile element dividing the compensation chamber into the first section of the chamber and the second section of the chamber. The first section of the chamber has liquid interconnection with the borehole fluid. The second chamber of the device has liquid interconnection with the second section of the chamber.
EFFECT: simplification of the device and the method without involving drilling pipes or coil tubes.
