SUBSTANCE: claimed device comprises the circuit with passive frequency scanning wherein time dynamics consists of periodic group of pulses. Note here that every pulse is a single-frequency laser radiation with oscillation frequency varies from pulse to pulse. Besides, output laser radiation is completely polarised while pulse polarisation in-states take on one of two values. This is why pulses are easily spatially divided by polarisation filter. In this case output laser radiation of laser source consists of periodic single-frequency pulses with one polarisation state.
EFFECT: better amplitude stability of output laser radiation intensity, controlled time dynamics of laser radiation intensity, better polarisation and spectral properties of output laser radiation, stable output polarisation, expanded applications and range of similar devices.
