SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. The optical scheme of a fiber laser for medicine contains laser pumping modules containing pumping laser diodes, blind and output selective mirrors, a resonator, an illumination source, an active fiber and a fiber spectral compactor located in front of the blind selective mirror, through which it is optically connected to the illumination source. The resonator is made of fiber optics, formed by selective deaf and output mirrors, made in the form of fiber Bragg gratings, while the output selective mirror is made with a reflection coefficient in the range from 5 to 20%, fiber-optic pump combiners connected to pump laser modules and active fiber, a fiber-optic sheath stripper and an optical radiation output unit located in the output part of the fiber laser and including a low-mode fiber, which is a single-mode fiber connected to a protective element made in the form of a quartz tip and optically connected to a collimator, which is connected to multimode fiber.
