FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: unit contains mixer having the resilient elements, and installed with possibility of spatial motion in three mutually perpendicular planes, loading and unloading devices, the mixer is made in form of closed from all sides box, with installed by tiers one under another and rigidly connected in single process chain by screw hollow surfaces, vibration exciter, at that each screw hollow surface is made cone, from the installed in series sections, each of them is made out of two pairs of triangles connected by sides, at that the first pair is made out of similar isoscales triangles, and second pair is made out of isoscales triangle, equal to the isoscales triangle of the first pair, and equiangular triangle, its sides are equal to side of the isoscales triangle. Each next section is rotated relatively to the previous by 120°, at that conicity of each underlying screw hollow surface is opposite to conicity of the previous screw hollow surface.

EFFECT: provision of feedstock flows with longitudinal movement without inclination of the entire unit, and decreasing of unit length.
