SUBSTANCE: machine comprises a sectionalised mixer fitted by shock absorbers and set with the possibility of spatial motion in three mutually perpendicular planes, loading and unloading devices, a drive. The mixer with helical surfaces is cone-shaped, made from sequentially set sections each of the latter being assembled from two pairs of triangles coupled by lateral sides; the first pair is made from identical isosceles triangles, the second pair is made from an isosceles triangle equal to the isosceles triangle of the first pair and an equilateral triangle with its sides being equal to the lateral side of the isosceles triangle, each following section is turned by 120° in relation to the previous one.
