FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for producing paint-and-lacquer materials in shaking, swinging and oscillating devices. This device comprises loader and unloader and mixed composed of sections and equipped with dampers to displace in three mutually perpendicular planes. Mixer sections are composed of polyhedrons with facets as equilateral triangles. Ribs of there latter converge at one point-vertex whereat converged are at least four ribs of equilateral triangles to make a multistart helical surface. Besides made are zigzag-like helical surface of equal pitch and zigzag-like helical lines of equal pitch over inner and outer surface of the latter. Conical spring with turn flat cross-section is arranged inside the mixer equipped with contraction or expansion device. Spring larger diameter is fitted on stock loading side.
EFFECT: enhanced performances, simplified design.
