FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: plucking line contains an elongated support part with the first and the second connective side surfaces connecting the front and the rear side surfaces. The connective surfaces are curved so that the curvature radius corresponds to half the height of the support part, with at least one of the connective surfaces being convex. Positioned on the front side surface are plucking heads, each containing a disc-shaped base element with plucking pins attached thereto. At least one actuator device is envisaged for turning each plucking head round an axis essentially perpendicular to the support part axis. Two or more plucking lines are positioned side by side so that the connective side surfaces of the adjacent plucking lines are turned towards each other so that to form a pair of connective side surfaces.
EFFECT: invention ensures sealing between turning plucking lines.
