FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: claimed system comprises the balloon and tug helicopter connected therewith. It is provided with bearing frame with platform for helicopter with fastener built therein to retain the helicopter. Bearing frame mid part is provided with stiffness carcass built therein for retention of the balloons arranged therein horizontally that can be gilled with lighter-than-air gas to the system buoyancy state. Two transport cargo transfer car-boxes are rigidly secured to bearing frame side platforms and to stiffness carcass sidewalls. Air-filled damping pads are fitted in the bearing frame lower section. Helicopter cab is equipped with control unit for optimum inertial flight dynamics, takeoff and landing under actual weather conditions.
