SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for beverage extraction. The device for extracting roasted plant. The device for beverage extraction comprises a granule-containing portion capable to contain granules for extracting a beverage, a pouring device for pouring solvent for extraction into the granule-containing portion from the first direction, and a collecting device for collecting the extracted liquid which is extracted by the solvent for extraction. The granule-containing portion comprises a removable locking element for placing the granules in a substantially locked state. The device for extracting the beverage additionally comprises a rotary mechanism for rotating the granule-containing portion.

EFFECT: due to the additional rotary mechanism there is an ability to reduce selectively the excessive bitterness in the extracted liquid obtained by extracting with water from the raw material, which is a fried plant, retaining the desired fragrant ingredients and strength of the beverage.
