FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: beverage extraction device contains a granule-containing part where granules for beverage extraction are contained; the first filling device for filling the extracting solvent into the granule-containing part from the first direction and a collecting device for collection of the liquid coffee extract extracted by the device with the extracting solvent on the side of the coffee granule layers corresponding the first direction. Additionally, the device is equipped with a second device for filling the extracting solvent into the granule-containing part from the second direction opposite to the first one. The second filling device provides for the possibility of collection of most of the extracted liquid beverage.

EFFECT: device can selectively reduce excessive bitterness in the extracted liquid obtained by way of extraction with water from the raw material represented by roasted plants with preservation of the desired flavour ingredients and strength.
