SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to dentistry, and is intended for application in dental laboratories. A dental furnace for baking or moulding contains a furnace base, which has a bearing surface for, at least, one dental component, an upper part of the furnace, which is connected with the furnace base by means of a hinged device, fixed on the furnace base, and due to it is installed with a possibility of rotation with respect to the furnace base; rotation is realised around the rotation axis, which passes mainly parallel to the bearing surface; and an electric engine, which produces an impact on the hinged device for the rotary movement of the upper part of the furnace. The rotation axis passes beyond the upper part of the furnace and beyond the hinged device, with the tension spring, which acts against the weight of the upper part of the furnace and mainly compensates it, being installed in or on the hinged device.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to open the furnace as widely as possible for the convenience of withdrawal of dental components out of it.
