FIELD: manufacture of heating elements from polymer composite materials. SUBSTANCE: insulating tubular shell made from glass fibre is impregnated with polymer thermosetting binder, is covered with current-conducting material. Inner shell is compacted and hardened with heating. Laying of resistance element is performed by spiral winding of carbon filament or bundle or tape or way of rolling of carbon cloth. In this case relation of area covered with current-conducting material to heated area of outer surface of heating element is 1-5% for filament or bundle, 40-80% for tape and 50-90% for cloth. Tightening is conducted by means of winding of magnetic tape with pulling effort 1-5 kg with layer containing carbon black applied to surface of outer insulating layer. After hardening in furnace heating element is removed. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture, simplified manufactured process. 1 dwg
