FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: electric coil manufacturing method consists in that the coil winding mandrel is combined with the electrodynamic installation structural element, fixing the mandrel on the structural element, applying the composite-based insulation to the conductor, further on the mandrel winding of the first conductor layer is carried out, then over the formed conductor layer using the composite material the coil carcass with the overlapping on the structural element of the electrodynamic installation is mounted, thereafter, the frame is crimped, held to solidification of the composite material, and a second conductor layer is wound. Before installation of the coil carcass in place of the carcass overlapping on structural element of the electrodynamic installation, grooves are provided, and before winding layers of conductor on mandrel and carcass, grooves are formed with width that is multiple to number of conductor coils.
EFFECT: high resistance to mechanical effects and reliability of attachment to the structural element of the electrodynamic installation.
