SUBSTANCE: system for preparing the specified amount of beverage, suitable for consumption, with the use of extractable product comprises at least one disposable capsule and a device comprising a device for dispensing a fluid into the capsule, a receptacle for containing a capsule, and a discharge device for supplying the beverage into the container. The capsule comprises a chamber for the extractable product, with the entrance area for passage of the fluid into the interior space, and an exit area for the beverage discharge. The capsule comprises a movable housing made with the ability to interact with the entrance area and the exit area to provide openings in the entrance area and the exit area for the passage of fluid through the chamber. The capsule comprises an outer actuator made with the ability to interact with exit area for controlled openings in the capsule for outflow of the beverage.
