FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: claimed laminate (10) comprises at least one resilient film (11) and at least two webs (12, 13) of nonwoven materials. Said webs are bonded by lamination of each side of said resilient film (11) at feed the latter in direction of blank towards the station (14) of bonding. Film (11) is stretched in direction of blank in said station (14) of bonding to degree some 1.5-8 times larger than its initial length. This produces stretched film to be bonded by lamination at said bonding station (14) with aforesaid two webs (12, 13) of nonwoven materials. Resilient film (11) is stretched in at least two steps before bonding with at least two webs (12, 13) by lamination. Note here that 5-25% of stretching amount occurs at final stretching step before lamination at bonding station (14).
EFFECT: higher efficiency of the process.
