SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatus for activating busbar subscribers. The apparatus includes detecting means capable of detecting at least one given property of signals transmitted in the busbar, selected from a group consisting of a front, change of front, signal strength or a combination of several signal strengths and, upon achieving a given number relating to the property of the signals, is capable of launching a further activation process, characterised by that a data stream from a CAN bus is used as a clock signal to detect signal properties.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities owing to selective activation of the control device, needed to perform the required functions.
