FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely, to production of corn flakes. The method to produce corn flakes, with wheat bran and blueberries provides for extrusion of initial product with further cooling of produced swollen product. Besides, apart from standard components in production of flakes they add wheat bran and blueberries.
EFFECT: using the invention will make it possible to increase food and biological value of corn flakes, to expand assortment of produced goods.
