FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: cooled implant is introduced into lumen of organs to be connected, implant is gripped by collet clamp, connected to electric power source with time relay, and implant heating is carried out by switching on electric power source for 3 seconds to temperature +40°C, which results in compression of tissues and formation of anastomosis.
EFFECT: reduction of tissue trauma, pyoseptic postoperative complications, simplification of formation of compression anastomosis of hollow gastrointestinal tract organ.
