FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method of destruction of stumps comprises drilling holes in the centre, around the circumference of the annual rings and the surrounding root system. CuSO4 in the form of powder is placed into the prepared holes in an amount of 300 g per 1 stump with a diameter less than 30 cm, after which the stump is watered at intervals of time. Then in 10-15 days the means for ignition is poured into the stump holes and ignited.
EFFECT: method enables to simplify the process of destroying stumps, to reduce its labour intensity, to ensure saturation of the soil with minerals, and to decontaminate it from pests.
