SUBSTANCE: invention relates to storage and utilization of hazardous wastes, such as calcinated material. The system contains the filling branch pipe with the valve body which has distant end and external surface in some versions of implementation. The external surface near the distant end is implemented so that to tightly join the valve body to internal surface of the filling channel of the container with a possibility of removal. The method includes the following steps: (a) joining of external surface of the filling branch pipe with the internal surface of the filling channel of the container to get the first sealing, (b) hazardous wastes are added to the container, (c) the filling channel is disconnected from the filling branch pipe and (d) the filling channel is plugged, and the plug of the filling channel forms the second sealing with internal surface of the filling channel, and the second sealing is located further, at least, from the section of the first sealing with reference to the container.
EFFECT: minimization of environment pollution by hazardous substances.
