FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to storage and/or utilization of hazardous wastes, including nuclear ones, such as calcinated material. In certain versions of implementation the device includes the container with the housing, the filling channel implemented so that to connect to the filling branch pipe and the plug of the filling channel, and the outlet channel with the filter. The outlet channel is implemented so that to connect to the outlet branch pipe and the plug of the outlet channel. In certain versions of implementation the method includes the following: (a) hazardous wastes are added through the filling branch pipe attached to the filling channel of the container, and the container includes the outlet channel, (b) air is evacuated from the container during filling of hazardous wastes through the outlet branch pipe attached to the outlet channel of the container, (c) the filling channel is sealed, (d) the container is heated and (e) the outlet channel is sealed.
EFFECT: reduction of environmental pollution.
