FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinding of mineral and organic materials. Bowl (1) makes the load-bearing frame at working machine. Bowl sidewalls (3), deflector (4), bottom (5) and cover (7) make the store chamber (6a) and grinding chamber (6). Grinder (8) is installed in the plane at angle from bowl bottom perpendicular and extends through grinding chamber to separate it from discharge opening (9). Blades (19) of drum (10, 11) extend from axle (12, 13) between discs (18). Reflection board (21) is coupled with the frame to turn thereabout and to intake material into grinding drum (11). Device comprises means to separate and to discharge material of preset grain size from the bowl. Material is fed from store chamber to grinding chamber to be crushed by blades (19) and displaced by gravity over bowl slope. Fine particles are, first, separated in grinding chamber. Grinder is revolved. Material is fed onto conveying and sieving drum (10) for pre-grinding and displaced to grinding drum. Fine fraction is unloaded. Drum discs decrease the size of particles and, simultaneously, displace the material to reflection board. Material particles of appropriate size are discharged via gaps between discs. Remained material I subjected to strikes of blades. Grinding drum blades press the material against the reflection board to reduce it. Material particles of appropriate size are discharged from grinding chamber.

EFFECT: fast separation of fine fraction for ease of grinding.
