FIELD: non-ferrous metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of dump aluminum slags and can be used at enterprises of secondary non-ferrous metallurgy. Production line comprises a hopper with a feeder, conveyors, electromagnetic pulleys, a classifier and a dust collection system, wherein it consists of three identical branches connected to the classifier, each branch comprises a jaw crusher, a rotary slag grinder, a vibrating sieve located after the rotary slag grinder, with a housing, a first upper web and a second lower web having cells of 2 mm, two belt conveyors for feeding slag into a jaw crusher, two chute conveyors for feeding slag crushed in a jaw crusher into a loading device of a rotary slag grinder, two belt conveyors, one with an electromagnetic pulley made in the form of a drum magnetic separator, a vibrating sieve located after the electromagnetic pulley, having cells with size of 2 mm, upper and lower webs, wherein lower web is made with possibility of slag supply into technical container, belt conveyor, feeding non-magnetic metal from the upper web of the vibrating sieve, located after the electromagnetic pulley, to the warehouse, at that, the dust collection system is made in the form of a dust-gas cleaning unit with a three-section unit for cleaning of dust and gases released during the operation of the flow line, note here that hopper with feeder is equipped with two pneumatic vibrators for their loading with slag by crane. Classifier is made in the form of screen and has three webs with cells: first top is made with cell size equal to 140 mm, second is made with cell size equal to 100 mm, third bottom is made with cell size equal to 70 mm, wherein under lower third web there is a hopper for sieving slag, at that, the rotary slag grinder comprises a steel flask rotating around the axis by means of an electric drive and placed on a rotary frame, which in working position is supported by its front and rear supports, and welded from wear-resistant steel of 09G2S with two support rings, each of which is supported by two rollers, wherein steel flask has on inner surface eight welded steel ribs from wear-resistant steel grade 09G2S, wherein to each steel rib are welded at distance of 500 mm from each other four-link sections of chain with welded on end sprockets, cast from wear-resistant steel grade 09G2S, note here that steel flask has loading opening with cover made from wear-resistant steel and provided with turning mechanism.
