FIELD: non-ferrous metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to processing of waste aluminium slag, and can be used in secondary non-ferrous metallurgy enterprises. The production line for processing aluminium slag contains a hopper with a feeder, a belt conveyor with an electromagnetic pulley, a classifier and a dust collection system. The hopper with the feeder is equipped with two pneumatic vibrators, into which the slag is loaded by crane. The classifier is made in form of a screen and has three sheets with cells from 120 to 60 mm, and from the lower third sheet the slag enters the bunker located below the sheet. The line has three identical branches for slag processing. In each branch there are two belt conveyors for feeding slag into the jaw crusher, a jaw crusher, two grooved conveyors for feeding slag crushed in the jaw crusher into the loading device of the slag grinder, a slag grinder, a loading hole with a cover made of wear-resistant steel with a mechanism for its supply and removal, vibrating screens with 2 mm cells, a grooved conveyor feeding the warehouse, two belt conveyors, one with a drum magnetic separator, vibration screens with 2 mm cells, from the upper sheet of which non-magnetic metal is poured onto a grooved conveyor and removed to the warehouse, and from the bottom sheet the slag is fed into a technological container, which is transported by crane to the warehouse, and the cleaning of dust and gases released during operation of the production line occurs in a four-section block of a dust and gas purification plant.

EFFECT: invention ensures reliable operation of the production line, a high degree of mechanization and improvement of the environmental situation of the enterprise.
