FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: optical-mechanical shutter is a device which includes an optical-mechanical unit, a power supply unit, a control processor and an assembled prism, mounted on the rotating rotor of an electric motor of the optical-mechanical unit. Behind the assembled prism, in line with its optical axis, there is an assembly with a crystal of a pulsed laser wavelength converter, which enables to obtain radiation with two wavelengths in one revolution of the rotor. The first radiation has a wavelength equal to the wavelength of the pulsed laser. The second radiation has a wavelength converted by the crystal. All optical elements of the device are made of optical leucosapphire.
EFFECT: reduced weight and size of the device.
