Neodymium-containing active element of pumping source of tunable laser is manufactured from crystal YA1O3:Nd3+ with length of generation wave of 1.08 μm for long-wave region of spectrum and from crystal YLiF4:Nd3+ with length of generation wave of 1.047 μm for short-wave and long-wave regions of spectrum.
