FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, chocolate production.
SUBSTANCE: method involves producing continuous chocolate strip by means of apparatus comprising cooled rotating form having at least one slot wherein liquid chocolate is poured; cooling liquid chocolate by supplying coolant having temperature below 10 C to slot and partly hardening by providing contacting with rotating form and holding/casting tape. Such construction and method allow thin continuous strips of chocolate product to be withdrawn from slot, said chocolate product surface being decorated with thin glossy pattern.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in producing of continuous chocolate strips.
