FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: spacer profile for the use as spacer frame of insulating multiple glass unit comprises the profile body made of plastic, which has the inner wall, outer wall, assembly in transversal direction, lateral sides, and thus defines chamber for arrangement of hygroscopic material. Profile also comprises diffusion barrier layer from the first metallic material with the first strength limit in case of extension and first thickness, which is designed at least on the inner or in the outer wall and ,at least, part of side walls, and reinforcing layer. Reinforcing layer is formed from the second metal material with the second strength limit during extension and second thickness in the inner wall or on side of inner wall facing in the direction of chamber. In this case, the product of second thickness by the second strength limit during extension is greater than the product of first thickness by the first strength limit during extension. Or the reinforcing layer is formed from the second metallic material with the third elastic module which is greater than the second elastic module, and the second thickness in the inner wall or on side of inner wall facing in the direction of chamber, and product of the second thickness by the third elastic module is greater than the product of the first thickness by the second elastic module.

EFFECT: invention permits to increase the thermal insulation properties of multiple glass units.
