FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a natural gas liquefaction method, wherein: said natural gas is brought into contact with a solvent-rich aqueous solution to obtain a solvent-rich gas phase and a solvent-impoverished aqueous phase. Said solvent-rich gas phase is cooled and partially condensed via heat exchange to obtain a cooled gas phase and condensates. The cooled gas phase is separated from said condensates. The cooled gas phase is brought into contact with one solid adsorbent to obtain a purified gas phase, wherein the solid adsorbent absorbs one of the following compounds: water, solvent and heavy hydrocarbons. Said purified gas phase obtained at the previous step is cooled and liquefied by heat exchange. At one of the steps, the cooled gas phase is brought into contact with a first solid adsorbent A1 which absorbs water, and then with a second solid adsorbent A2 which absorbs the solvent and heavy hydrocarbons.
EFFECT: processing natural gas regardless of its composition and enabling liquefaction of dry gases containing an aromatic agent or heavy paraffins.
