SUBSTANCE: optimised measurement of loads in drilling process comprises the steps that follow. First measurement of flexure in performed at the first depth in the well. Note here that the first measurement yields the drill string inclination angle and azimuth at the first depth. Load at drill bit is measured at the first depth by sensor coupling arranged at the drill bit bottom assembly. Note that the latter makes the part of said drill string while said drill bit is arranged at the end thereof. Expected curvature of the well at the second depth in the well is calculated. Note here that expected curvature comprises the expected inclination angle and expected azimuth of drill string at the second depth. Load correction magnitude is calculated proceeding from the well expected curvature to calibrate the sensor coupling with load correction magnitude. Invention discloses also the long-term machine-readable data carrier and load measurement optimisation system to implementation of above process.
EFFECT: higher drilling efficiency, longer life of drill bit.
