SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to rotary controlled systems (RCS), for example to drilling systems used for directional drilling of boreholes at exploration and production of oil and gas. RCS comprises a section for controlling directional drilling, connected to a drilling bit. Control section of inclined-directed drilling comprises at least one guide support lining. Lining is selectively extended in lateral direction from longitudinal axis. Control section comprises control controller. Flexible weighted drill pipe connects control section with directional drilling and control section. In order to implement the well borehole drilling method, the rotary controlled system is transported into the well shaft. Drilling bit control commands are generated by control controller. Command is sent through flexible weighted drill pipe of rotary controlled system. At least one guide support pad is extended from the control rotor system control housing in response to receiving commands from the control controller under the flexible weighted drill pipe.
EFFECT: reduced bending of turning radius.
