FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for development of benches for ground tests of deployable structures of spacecrafts deployed in two planes, of the solar array (SA) type, with the maximum approximation to zero gravity conditions. SA panel and the handling fixture are connected among themselves with provisioning of freedom of movement in the longitudinal direction with reference to each other in the connection location. The centre of lot of assembly "handling fixture with balance load + SA panel without struts" coincides with the axis of rotation of the handling fixture with the balance load. The second links of struts of SA panel are hingedly fixed on the vertical frame of the bench. The compensator is implemented in the form of the load the weight of which is to be such to create the rotating moment compensating the work of gravity of links of the deployable struts.
EFFECT: simplification of the bench design and creation of conditions of maximum approximation of the process of deployment of BS panels in ground conditions to zero gravity conditions.
