SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. A cleaning element contains bristles made of fibres 1 cm to 15 cm long. The bristles have a bend recovery value making from 10% to 80% and configured with a conical section. The conical section tapers longitudinally on at least a front portion of the bristles. The conical section of the bristles is from 0.001 mm to 2 mm in diameter.

EFFECT: cleaning element provides food debris removal from interdental spaces with leaving the gums intact.
